Daniel Jama – Founder and Principal Adjuster
Daniel “Jay” Jama brings over 20 years of hands-on experience spanning residential construction, carrier-side claims adjusting, public adjusting, and dispute resolution.
Jay began his career in structural remodeling and roofing project management before serving as a carrier-side independent adjuster for major Florida insurers, including Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and United Property & Casualty (UPC). Having personally conducted more than 5,000 property damage evaluations, he leverages his understanding of building-envelope integrity, repairability standards, and carrier playbooks to advocate for policyholders.
As a Certified Property Appraiser & Umpire (CPAU) and Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA), Jay serves as an objective, highly technical neutral or party-appointed appraiser on losses ranging from localized damage to complex commercial claims. He is routinely retained by attorneys, policyholders, and carriers for expert testimony, appraisal proceedings, and litigation support.
